What services do we provide?

We can provide a professional dry cleaning service, and can clean almost any garments, from shirts to skirts, suits to pashminas, ecetera.

First we check your garments individually for any irregualarities in the material and stains which may require spot treatment. If any stains are found your, a special pre-treating spray is used to ensure the stains will be removed during the cleaning process. Items are then professionally dry cleaned. After this we apply a special finishing spray to eliminate any remnants of the stain.

Your item is then carefully pressed, undergoes a quality control check and protected with a cover. This process is put in place to ensure that you are happy with the end result. We always try to exceed your expectations.

Our machines can cater for large duvets. (polyester or feather).

We also provide a ironing service, all garments are hand pressed.

Before we start ironing we make note of each garments care label and ironing instructions and ensure that our iron settings are adjusted accordingly. We also use starch when necessary and where appropriate.

Once your garment has been pressed it will be folded, or placed on a wire coat hanger depending on your requirements. Your items are then protected with a plastic cover, ready to be delivered back to you.

We understand that lots of our clients are very busy eople, we therefore do everything we can to ensure that our services are as convenient as possible. For this reason we offer a free pick and delivery service which covers most of London. If you do not have the time to drop your laundry off, its no problem, Just give us a call and we will pop round and collect it. You do not even have to be in when we collect, as we are happy to collect from a neighbour or your apartments concierge. Minimum purchase requirements apply to qualify for our free pick up and delivery service, although for smaller jobs this service is still available at a modest fee.
